Realizing the responsibility for the quality of our products to consumers, we sell only a high-quality honey. Reliable quality is ensured by a multi-stage control system and modern research methods.
We test our honey in public and independent laboratories in Ukraine and abroad. Thus, our product is completely safe and meets the requirements of Ukrainian state standards DSTU 4497:2005 "Natural Honey".
In the everyday activities we are guided with the requirements of Ukrainian state standards DSTU 4161:2003 and the principles of food safety management system HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
In Ukraine, the HACCP system is mandatory for all companies manufacturing or brining food products into circulation, which also corresponds to the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine On Safety and Quality of Food and On Food Products for Infants.
Introduction of food safety management system based on the HACCP concept allows the company to:

Ensure proper hygienic production conditions in accordance with the international standards
Demonstrate compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements for food safety
Strengthen confidence of consumers, customers and supervisors to improve the products and the company's image
Expand the network of product consumers and enter the foreign markets
Ensuring food safety in their consumption.
Duly manage all factors that may impact product characteristics
Increase the responsibility of staff and ensure that all employees of the enterprise understand the priority of food safety aspects
HACCP concept and recommendations on its application are set out in the Codex Alimentarius (Latin Codex Alimentarius stands for Food Code) CAC/RCP 1-1969 (Rev. 4-2003) "Recommended International Code of Food Hygiene"
Codex Alimentarius Commission was established in the 60s of the last century at the initiative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and now this is a major international information center that develops the food safety standards.
